All our products are custom-made and come with a lifetime labor and materials warranty.
It takes 10-12 weeks to create and ship one of our Books. (Please Note: More complicated custom designs might take longer.)
We do not share any of the Information we collect from you with anyone ever.
Returns & Refunds
Please read our Return, Refund, and Replacement policy before purchasing.
All of our Books are Custom Made – due to the nature of our custom-made service, and because these products are custom designed and made just for you, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with the product you have received from us, we offer 100% replacement within 30 days of receipt.
All returned items must be in the original condition and without any damage.
All returns must be shipped via insured mail.
Order Cancellations.
Due to the nature of our service and manufacturing process, the order can be canceled ONLY within 24 hours from when it was placed.

LaPulia Studio Inc. retains all rights, copyrights, and trademarks to every product we design and/or manufacture. By placing a custom product order with us, you agree to the above statement and give up all rights to any and all materials, patterns, and designs you have sent to LaPulia Studio for further development or manufacturing.
